The Student Statesmanship Institute is a project of the Foundation for Traditional Values (FTV) that describes itself as “a dynamic Biblical worldview and leadership training program designed to “further the mission of affirming and restoring America’s Judeo-Christian heritage (source).” The Institute organizes yearly trainings for high school students to highlight “role played by Christian thought and ideas in the foundations of America.” Instructors and topics of the programs include fixtures of the far right including intelligent design and representatives of organizations such as the American Family Association, Concerned Women of America, Media Research Center, Alliance Defense Fund, and the Thomas More Law Center (source).
The Institute has received funding from the Edgar and Elsa Prince Foundation.
