The National Right to Life Committee, based in Washington DC and formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1973, is the largest anti-abortion organization in the United States with more than 3,000 “Right to Life” chapters across the United States. The organization has a multi-faceted approach that includes lobbying and organizing grassroots activists. The organization supports a constitutional amendment banning all forms of abortion.
