Mission Statement:

The mission of the South West Area Neighbors (SWAN) is to enhance and preserve the quality of life for individuals and families on the Westside; to foster and support a racially, ethnically, economically and socially diverse community; to design and enforce standards for the social, economic and physical characteristics of the Westside; and to build relationships with individuals and other organizations in support of the SWAN mission.
