MediaMouse.org was a leftist blog and news website that was active for almost ten years in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our main focus was on covering under-reported news and bringing that to a larger audience. Over the years, we did that in a number of different ways including running one of the first blogs in Grand Rapids, organizing protests (in the early years), documentary screenings, and other events.
When we ceased publishing in 2009, our mission statement was:
